Rkatsiteli
The wine is made in Kakheti, from selected Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Kvareli region. The grapes are pressed using the traditional Kakhetian method at the “Velistsikhe Veranda.” After separating the pomace, the wine is further aged in qvevri for 6 months. It is characterized by firm tannins and a cherry-like hue. On the palate, notes of walnut and dried fruit are revealed.
