Saperavi
The wine is produced in Kakheti from selected Saperavi grapes grown in the Kvareli region. The grapes are pressed using the traditional Kakhetian method at the "Velistsikhe Veranda." After the pomace is removed, the wine continues to age in qvevri for 6 months. It is characterized by firm tannins and a cherry-colored hue. On the palate, notes of black berries, cornelian cherry, and black plum are present.

Velistsikhe Veranda is located in the village of Velistsikhe, in the Kakheti region. The village of Velistsikhe boasts a history of 1,500 years. The veranda’s wine cellar houses 20 qvevris buried in the ground, with a total capacity of 40 tons. Here, guests can enjoy wine tasting directly from the qvevri. Velistsikhe Veranda’s Saperavi Qvevri proudly represents the name of KTW Group and Georgia as a whole - in France, specifically in the city of Bordeaux, where it is featured in the tasting hall of the Wine Civilization Museum (La Cité du Vin).
